BEIJING, Feb 4 (Reuters) – China’s market regulator on Wednesday said it has unconditionally approved the establishment of a joint venture by battery manufacturer CATL (300750.SZ) and state-owned automaker Chery (9973.HK).
The regulator did not disclose details of the venture.
